James Milner is likely to start against Tottenham in Saturday’s Champions League final
Liverpool finished the 2018/19 Premier League season on 97 points, just a point behind champions Manchester City, and will play in their second successive Champions League final on Saturday.

And the former Borussia Dortmund boss has heaped praise on industrious midfielder Milner ahead of the European showdown.
Speaking to UEFA where he was asked to identify his players from their childhood photographs, Klopp did not hesitate when he saw a young ‘Milly’. “Mr Consistent, James Milner,” he said, adding he liked the fact he still sports the same haircut.
“Sports-wise, he’s so talented it’s unbelievable.
“He plays golf close to a professional level, whatever he is doing, it’s on a really high level.
“He can be quite intense because he’s demanding. But he’s a proper leader.
“My meetings, maybe I’m not bad, but without Milly before the game in the dressing room, I don’t think it would work.”
