Premier League done deals: Every completed and confirmed signing in summer 2019 transfer window

Now that the Premier League season has come to an end, it’s up to the top flight clubs to get their transfer business done ahead of the new campaign.


And with the window for English clubs open, a host of big-money deals are expected to be done over the coming weeks until the window closes at 5pm on Thursday, August 8.

Clubs were able to agree deals for players before May 16, but, in the case of a domestic transfer, paperwork could not be processed until the window actually opened.


The transfer of players from another national association may take place once the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) opens on 11 June.
