Tottenham have finally opened their new stadium after 690 days of waiting – and it’s safe to say it was a spectacular show.
Fans were treated to a marching band belting out famous Spurs chants of years gone by and there was a stunning fireworks display to top it off.
Maurico Pochettino’s men got off to a winning start in their new home as goals from Heung-Min Son and Christian Eriksen sunk Crystal Palace.
But this arena is just the beginning for futuristic stadia around the globe.
As this new chapter in Spurs’ history begins, talkSPORT.com takes a look at other new grounds which will be finished soon and could rival the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the best theatre in football.
