A Manchester United fan has told talKSPORT he would be ‘delighted’ if Paul Pogba never plays for the club again.
Dan the Red joined The Sports Bar on Thursday night to vent his frustration with the World Cup winner, and surprise member of the PFA Team of the Year, following Manchester City’s 2-0 win at Old Trafford.
City climbed back to the Premier League summit and inflicted a seventh defeat in nine games on United, piling more pressure on manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his players.
It’s clear there is a massive gulf in class between the current Red Devils team and their top two rivals Man City and Liverpool, who are 24 points above them in the table.

Solskjaer has admitted his squad needs a major makeover this summer to reduce the gap, and Dan would love it if Pogba is sold as soon as possible to help fund it.
“I would be delighted if Paul Pogba never played another game for Manchester United,†he raged on talkSPORT’s Sports Bar.
“He creates as many problems as chances on the pitch
“So many times he’ll give the ball away…
“Fred is technically not a very good player and was at fault for the second goal, but when he gives the ball away he tracks back and sprints his hardest.
“So to see Pogba casually cantering back after losing the ball and creating an opportunity for the opposition, it’s just too much to deal with.
“A huge rebuild is needed in the summer and I would love it if the Paul Pogba transfer fee started it.â€
