Mohamed Salah’s agent says reports the forward wants to leave Liverpool are rubbish.
It had been reported by a well-respected Spanish media outlet the top scoring forward was ready to hand in a transfer request having fallen out with his manager, Jurgen Klopp.
The 26-year-old has developed into one of the best players in the world under Klopp’s guidance and the news will have shocked Liverpool fans.
However, Salah’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa used Twitter to pour cold water on these rumours, which were reported by AS.
Issa tweeted: “Talking out of their AS again I see.”
The Spanish giants are both keen to invest in the transfer market, with Sadio Mane, Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard reportedly under consideration.
But the story surrounding Salah can truly be described as left-field given his incredible goalscoring form this season.
The forward smashed in his 19th Premier League goal of the season on Sunday against Chelsea to keep up the pressure on Manchester City in the Premier League title race.

“It blew me away,†he continued, “I didn’t think anything in that moment. I was really happy.
“And I saw it really good because I was right in the ball line. It was really, really an outstanding finish.â€
